This notice explains what TLG Solutions Ltd does with the personal details you send us through this website. We are the data controller for those details. You can contact us about anything in this notice at info@tlgsolutions.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use the request form, we collect your name, your work email address, your organisation if you give it, the service you are interested in, your message and the page of this website you sent it from. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run the service and keep it secure.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or scope of work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your details for marketing. We do not sell them, and we share them only with the processors named below.
Where it is held
This website is served by Cloudflare, and requests sent through the form are processed by Microsoft Azure in the UK and delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Cloudflare and Microsoft process this data on our behalf under their data protection terms. Where data is processed outside the UK, they apply the safeguards set out in those terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep the records we need to deliver the work and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email info@tlgsolutions.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
